Guardo al\u00a0buono che c&#8217;\u00e8 insomma.<\/p>\n<p>Se invece vogliamo trovare il buono di questi biscotti, non serve nemmeno mettersi a cercarlo. E&#8217;\u00a0proprio li che vi guarda.<\/p>\n<p>P.S. Questi biscotti non sono n\u00e9 dolci n\u00e9 salati, se volete potete aggiungere del parmigiano grattugiato e servirli con degli affettati.<\/p>\n<p>P.P.S. Unite prima il tuorlo e poi l&#8217;albume necessario per ottenere un impasto liscio<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Formate con l&#8217;impasto un cilindro lungo 20 cm e largo 5 cm. Avvolgetelo nella pellicola e fatelo indurire per 1h in frigo o per 20 minuti in freezer (vi consiglio il freezer)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Una volta che l&#8217;impasto \u00e9 freddo, tagliatelo a fette dello spessore 1,5 cm.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Coprite una teglia con carta da forno, distribuite sopra i biscotti e fate cuocere in giorno gi\u00e0 caldo a 180 gradi per 15 minuti.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Fate raffreddare prima di servire.
