Ci siamo divisi tra Bruxelles e Brugge, mete perfette per una tre giorni che mi sento di consigliarvi. Il nostro viaggio in\u00a0pillole:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Venerd\u00ec: volo per Bruxelles, salto in hotel e poi giri-in-giro per il centro della capitale<\/li>\n<li>Sabato: giornata dedicata a Brugge che abbiamo raggiunto in treno. Da Bruxelles parte un treno ogni mezz&#8217;ora e il viaggio dura poco pi\u00f9 di un&#8217;ora; se viaggiate nel weekend i biglietti sono al 50%<\/li>\n<li>Domenica: mattina dedicata al Museo di Scienze Naturali di Bruxelles (merita!!) prima di spostarci in aeroporto per il rientro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cosa mi \u00e8 piaciuto di Bruxelles?<br \/>\nI <strong>murales<\/strong> dei comics, li trovi qua e l\u00e0, giri un angolo e sbam! Ti acchiappa e ti lascia a bocca aperta come alcune sale del Museo di Storia Naturale della Grande Mela.<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-width: 0px;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Il Museo di Scienze Naturali di Bruxelles\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sweetie-home.it\/wp-content\/gallery\/bruxelles-e-brugge\/img_6118rid.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"360\" \/><\/td>\n<td><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Il Museo di Scienze Naturali di Bruxelles\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sweetie-home.it\/wp-content\/gallery\/bruxelles-e-brugge\/img_6138rid.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"360\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>La zona di <strong>Sablon<\/strong>: niente che trovi sulle guide turistiche ma \u00e8 bello passeggiarci in mezzo e fare un salto da <strong><a title=\"Pierre Marcolini\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marcolini.be\/\" target=\"_blank\">uno dei cioccolatai pi\u00f9 fighetti e in tiro<\/a> che ci siano in giro (e da queste parti ce ne sono veramente tanti!)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cosa mi doveva piacere<\/strong> e si-vabb\u00e8-ok-ma-passiamo-oltre: la<strong>\u00a0Grand Place.<\/strong><br \/>\nSarebbe il motivo per visitare Bruxelles.\u00a0Una delle piazze pi\u00f9 belle del mondo.<br \/>\nOh, a me ha emozionato poco o niente. Troppi pizzi architettonici, troppo dorata e troppo da turisti. In alternativa potrei vivere di <strong><a title=\"Speculoos (by Wikipedia)\" href=\"http:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Speculoos\" target=\"_blank\">speculoos<\/a><\/strong>. In ogni caso vivrei felice.<br \/>\nMai sentito parlare di speculoos? Sono biscotti alla cannella tipici del Belgio e dei Paesi Bassi (dove sono chiamati &#8220;speculaas&#8221;), preparati tradizionalmente per la ricorrenza di San Nicola. Andate in Belgio, divoratene un cartoccio e poi leggete quello che segue. Le patatine fritte, cos\u00ec come vuole la tradizione belga, vengono fatte cuocere due volte. Per essere precisi vengono fatte friggere due volte, la prima volta a 160\u00b0, la seconda a 190\u00b0. In questo modo l&#8217;interno risulta morbido, mentre l&#8217;esterno rimane croccante. Ultimo suggerimento \u00e8 quello di friggerle nel grasso animale (pare usino grasso d&#8217;oca O_o e non nell&#8217;olio).
